A delicious combination of crispy air-fried chicken served on warm Belgian waffles, topped with maple syrup or spicy hot honey for a perfect comfort food meal.

1. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight. 2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, panko, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge in the flour mixture. Press to coat well. 4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 5. Spray the basket lightly with oil spray. 6. Arrange chicken in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Spray the tops lightly with oil. 7. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy and chicken reaches 165°F internally. 8. Toast or warm St Pierre Belgian Waffles according to package directions. 9. Place a waffle on a plate, top with crispy chicken, and drizzle generously with warm maple syrup or hot honey and dig in.
