Air Fryer Hoisin Salmon

Air Fryer Hoisin Salmon is easy and quick, making it a perfect weeknight option. The air fryer makes the salmon crispy, juicy, and flaky and the sauce is so flavorful.
For the salmon
For the brusselsprouts
Clean and cut the brusselsprouts in half.
In a mixing bowl, toss the brusselsprouts together with the olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder and pepper. Lay the brusselsprouts cut side down in the air fryer basket. Brush on any remaining sauce.
Air fry at 400° for 12-16 minutes until the brusselsprouts are soft on the inside but crispy on the outside.
While the brusselsprouts are cooking, in the same mixing bowl, add the salmon, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, garlic powder and pepper.
When the brusselsprouts are finished, remove them to a plate and add in the salmon to the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
