Air Fryer Reuben Egg Rolls

The classic sandwich, rolled up in a crispy and delicious shell. You'll love these Air Fryer Rueben Egg Rolls!
Thinly slice the corned beef and Swiss cheese.
Lay the eggroll wrappers out on a diagonal with a point towards you.
Evenly divide the corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut among 8 eggrolls.
Lay the corned beef in the middle of the eggroll wrapper, topped with cheese and sauerkraut.
Add 1 teaspoon of thousand island dressing over the sauerkraut.
Roll up the eggroll- fold in both sides, then fold up the bottom. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the top corner to seal the eggroll. Continue rolling.
Spray the egg rolls with oil or nonstick spray.
Add to the air fryer, cook at 380° for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Dip into remaining thousand island dressing.
