Broccoli Pasta Salad

A bright and crunchy pasta salad perfect for any summer occasion.
For the dressing
Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Prep the ingredients- cut the broccoli into small florets, cook and chop the bacon, dice the red onion, cut the cheese into bite sized cubes.
Add the pasta to a large mixing bowl along with the broccoli, red onion, pepitas, craisins, cheese and carrots.
Prepare the dressing: to a separate bowl add the Greek yogurt, sour cream, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Whisk together.
Pour over the salad and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers in an air tight container up to 3 days.
