Just 4 simple pantry ingredients to a juicy Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork that's perfect to feed a crowd or just an easy, hands off dinner.

Place the pork shoulder into a 7-8 quart crock pot. Sprinkle the onion soup mix on all sides of the pork and press the soup mix into the meat.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce and the root beer. Pour the sauce all over the pork.
Put the lid on and cook on low for 10 hours.
When the pork is finished cooking, shred it using 2 forks or meat claws.
Pour in the remaining BBQ sauce and mix together.
Serve pulled pork on sandwich buns with coleslaw for delicious pulled pork sandwiches.
