Easy Berry Angel Food Cake

If you need a last minute dessert, this Easy Berry Angel Food Cake is for you! Just 3 ingredients; angel food cake, fresh berries, and whipped cream. It's the perfect addition to any party!
With a serrated knife cut the angel food cake into 2 or 3 layers
Mix the juice and zest of 1 lemon in with the cool whip until well combined
Add the bottom cake layer to a cake stand. Spread 1/3 of the cool whip over the cake and top with 1 cup of the assorted berries. Add the middle cake layer and repeat the steps; spreading another 1/3 of the cool whip and 1 cup of berries. Add the top layer and spread the remaining cool whip and remaining berries over the cool whip.
Garnish with additional lemon zest and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
Cut into slices and serve immediately.
