In a large pan over medium high heat cook the ground beef until no longer pink (drain if necessary)
season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and add in the cornstarch. Stir together until the cornstarch coats the beef and you no longer see the white. Remove the beef to a plate and set aside.
To the same pan add the beef broth, milk and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and add the noodles. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook 8 minutes.
Add the meat back in with the cream of mushroom soup. Stir well to combine.
