Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops are simple pork chops rubbed in a garlic ranch oil and baked to perfection.
Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ranch seasoning, paprika, garlic, and mustard until well combined.
Season the Pork Chops: Place the pork chops on a rimmed sheet pan. Evenly rub the olive oil mixture over each pork chop, ensuring they are fully coated.
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Marinate: Allow the pork chops to come to room temperature and marinate in the seasoning mixture while the oven preheats.
Insert Meat Thermometer (Optional): If you have an oven-safe meat thermometer, insert it into the thickest part of one pork chop. This will help you monitor the temperature and avoid overcooking.
Bake the pork chops for 15–20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Be careful not to overbake.
Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes to retain their juices. Serve and enjoy!
