S'mores Poke Cake is so simple to whip together and it’s everything you want in a s'mores dessert; ooey, gooey, and decadent.

Bake the cake in a 9x13 pan according to package directions. It’s usually 350° for 30 minutes and the cake mix usually calls for water, eggs and oil. When the cake is cooled poke a bunch of holes in it using the end of a wooden spoon, about 50 holes.
In a mixing bowl add 2 jars of marshmallow fluff and microwave 30 seconds to 1 minutes until it's melted and pourable. Pour marshmallow fluff evenly over the cake , making sure all the holes are filled.
Preheat the broiler. spread the marshmallows over top of the cake. Broil 1-2 minutes to brown the marshmallows. Careful they don’t burn! Watch it, don’t walk away, they’ll brown very quickly. If you have a handheld kitchen torch you can use that.
Roughly chop the graham crackers with a knife on a cutting board. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped graham crackers over top. Slice and serve.
